NEW BUILDS

Building a gym from a shell, consulting, planning, CC & OC documents, complete project management to opening the doors to the new gym

ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING

We are also Licensed Electrical Contractors and all Electrical works required during any PROJECT are performed by us, guaranteeing that the works are of the highest standard and completed on time to get your gym open as expected.

EXTENSIONS

If you are planning to extend your floor space by taking over additional areas we can make it happen with minimal inconvenience to your gym members. As much as possible we prepare the new floor space then open it up to your existing gym space. We can advise on issues to be considered during the planning stages to minimize costs and build times.

FLOORING

Gymcraft Fitouts P/L has years of experience both lifting, preparing and installing floors. Concrete "polishing", not a grind and lacquer, but a true polish down to 400 grit as well as special hardeners. Hand polish to egdes and fill to expansion joints.

Rubber, ramps and underlays using Rugupol, A1 and Pavi products. Vinyl and timber products to both floors and walls as required.

REFRESHES

We regularly perform refreshes on existing gyms. Our experience enables us to deliver a fast but high level quality finish. Including demolition, removal of flooring, refurbishment of bathrooms, new rubber flooring, concrete polishing, painting, lighting & power upgrades.

DEMOLITION

Demolition is a vital part of any Build. Unnessary damage to infrastructure, electrical, plumbing etc can lead to increased costs. Easily avoided with proper planning and care taken. Disposal of materials during the demolition is also an area where an exposure to added costs and damages arise with unprofessional operators. Gymcraft Fitouts P/L has the proper experience and if necessary, the insurance cover needed should any unforseen event occur.
